Conference Registration

The registration fee includes all conference sessions, the conference proceedings, coffee and lunch breaks, reception, and conference dinner. The accommodation rate is 44 GBP per night including breakfast.

Registration: Please use our online registration system. Registrations are only valid after payment has been received. Any registration-related question should be directed to Jane England (jane.england@nottingham.ac.uk).

Passport and Visa: Every foreign visitor entering the United Kingdom must have a valid passport. Visitors from countries whose citizens must have visas should apply to a UK consular office or diplomatic mission in their home country as soon as possible.

Insurance: The organizers cannot accept financial responsibility for medical emergencies, accidents, or loss of personal property. Conference participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance in their home country prior to departure.

Refund Policy: A 10% service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. Refund requests should be sent by e-mail to Jane England (jane.england@nottingham.ac.uk). No requests for refunds will be considered after 31 July 2008 unless we receive a copy of the official visa rejection letter sent by the UK consulate.
