Travel Information

NUSOD 2013 travel information is provided in this PDF file. On-campus housing map & directions are given here. The typical taxi fare from YVR airport to the UBC campus is $35-40. More information is available online at Vancouver Tourism.

Passport and Visa: Visitors to Canada must have a valid passport and a visa if required. Please check with your local Canadian embassy for more information. If needed, authors may request an invitation letter by contacting Amisha Shah (amishac(at)ece.ubc.ca, please give your full name, paper number, and paper title).

Insurance: The organizers cannot accept financial responsibility for medical emergencies, accidents, or loss of personal property. Conference participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance in their home country prior to departure.
