Accommodation

Copenhagen offers a large selection of accommodation options and our conference attendees are asked to make their room reservations individually, e.g., by using online booking services such as Booking.com or Expedia.com. However, please note that the travel time from central Copenhagen to the the conference venue on the DTU Lyngby campus by public transportation is at least 45 minutes (see map below). We therefore recommend the following hotels near DTU with convenient bus connections (booking instructions are linked to the room rate per night):
