The regular fee covers all conference sessions, the conference proceedings, a daily buffet lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner, and our excursion (currency conversion). The guest fee for companions includes welcome reception, excursion, and conference dinner.

Our online conference registration is a 2-step process. Please first register with the HKU conference system and don't forget to list your paper number(s) as given in the conference program. From the registration system, please proceed to the online credit card payment system. Registrations are only valid after payment has been received.

Note: Papers without registered presenter will be removed after 30 September 2018.

Refund Policy: A 10% service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. No requests for refunds will be considered after 30 Sept. 2018 unless we receive a copy of the official visa rejection letter.
