The time limit for oral presentations including discussion is:
- 30 min for invited papers
- 20 min for regular papers
- 15 min for postdeadline papers
Posters should be attached to the assigned poster board as early as possible, latest by 9:00 on Tuesday morning. Our cork boards provide a display area of 4'x4' or 120 cm x 120 cm per poster (pins are available). Posters must be removed latest by 16:00 on Wednesday, any poster left will be discarded. The Poster Preview Session on Tuesday at 13:30 gives poster authors the opportunity to briefly introduce their work orally to the conference audience (2 slides, 2 minutes, no questions).
Equipment: A Windows XP laptop and an LCD projector are available at the conference, with PowerPoint 2007 and Adobe Reader 7 installed. You may also use your own laptop. Please inform the organizers by Sept. 17 if you need a projector for transparencies or other equipment.
Submission of Presentation File: To avoid delays during the conference, all authors are asked to send their presentation file (PPT or PDF) latest on Friday, Sept. 21 to
submission(at)nusod.org
Please use your paper number given in the conference program as file name (e.g., ThB8.pdf). As backup, you should also bring this file on a USB memory stick.
