The regular fee (currency conversion) covers all conference sessions, the conference proceedings, buffet lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner, and our excursion. This fee is the same for all conference attendees. The guest fee for companions covers welcome reception, excursion, and conference dinner.

Our online conference registration utilizes the University of Ottawa's General Store system. Please enter all required information and use the "Details" field to include your paper number(s) as given in the conference program. Ignore the shipping method and proceed to the credit card payment. Registrations are only valid after payment has been received.

Note: Papers without registered presenter will be removed after 31 May 2019.

Refund Policy: A 10% service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. No requests for refunds will be considered after 31 May 2019 unless we receive a copy of the official visa rejection letter.
